Free meditation for health workshop | TideChange

Dr. Tom Diamond is offering a free introduction to health meditating, where you will learn skills and tools to help you relax deeply, cope with stress, improve health and explore personal development. This one hour workshop will be held on Friday January 25th, 10:45am, at Freedom Now Yoga Studio, 333 Fifth Street in downtown Courtenay.
