Delta Air Lines has released a new iPad app that allows passengers to track their flight while on board and to find out what they're passing overhead.?
The Fly Delta iPad app gives passengers a way to see what is going on down below with its glass bottom feature. The app can be used with?in-flight?Wi-Fi from 10,000 feet and produces a computerized image of the flight for users to follow.
The app also features icons which mark certain areas below and allow users to look at Wikipedia pages about a place, photos and even social network updates discussing the landmarks and places they are flying over.
The app even helps customers plan their trips and it makes check in easier. iPad users can book and check-in for flights with the app and they can even download their boarding pass right onto the iPad.You can even get pumped up for your destination through the "inflight entertainment" feature which allows users to download music, movies and books that are related to the place where the passenger is going.
