We at AOL Real Estate love a good surprise -- just not when it comes to buying a house. After all, if you're putting all your hard-earned savings into a home, it's only natural you want to know exactly what you're getting!
Clearly, the seller of this San Francisco home didn't quite get that memo. The listing states that the seller "will not provide any interior showings or inspections" or post any interior pictures of the home until after the home has been purchased. "Drive by," the listing adds, and "sold AS IS" -- in case potential buyers didn't get the picture.
To sweeten the deal even more, the home appears to be bank-owned and tenant-occupied! Addressing this, the listing adds: "The buyer assumes all risks associated with the existing tenancies after close of escrow." So to our understanding, this means that once you buy the home of mysterious interiors, you also have the responsibility of kicking out the tenants! Score!
Thanks to our pals at Curbed for tipping us off to this hilarious listing fail. (And check out all our listing fail posts).
